Our self-contained Penthouse apartment is the perfect place to relax. It is the ideal space to unwind. The apartment offers 120 square meters of space. It features a modern, eclectic designer decor.
The space
Our attention to detail extends to every aspect of the apartment. The kitchen is designed with chefs in mind. It is a perfect space for gathering family and enjoying the large open plan island.
You will find custom bedding, a large bathroom with walk-in shower, bidet, and large designer sink with storage. Besides the main seating area, there is another seating area. It includes a single bed, a Corbusier chaise, and a play area for our youngest guests.
The Loft also features two large adjoining bedrooms, both with double beds
The second bedroom has an extra single bed hammock and dedicated workspace with desk chair lamp and power source. Baby cot on request.
Outside, you’ll have access to a private patio with a dining table for eight. There’s also a gazebo. You’ll enjoy a huge garden with a trampoline, swing set, and plenty of toys for the kids. And don’t forget the 80sq meter pool, perfect for cooling off on a hot day!

The Loft has its own access and eating area above the main house. It offers a shady and calm outside terrace. There are views over the vines and valley.

Please note that Verdmont is a fully smoke free zone. No smoking or vaping is allowed inside. This prohibition extends to balconies, terraces, the pool, and the garden. Smoking is only permitted at two areas outside the gates.
