It features a double bed. There is a single bed with a further single pullout bed in the open plan lounge area. It can sleep up to 4 people. With shower, mini kitchen and dining area.

Step out directly into the pool area featuring large pool and patio area with shallow beach entry zones.

This building has been recently constructed. It features super insulation and an efficient heat pump for heating. It also includes solar hot water, grey water recycling, and rainwater collection.

Please note that Verdmont is a fully smoke free zone. No smoking is allowed inside or on balconies, terraces, pool, or garden. Smoking is only permitted at two areas outside the gates.
